Euro USA Shipping is also part of the Guild of Removers Ombudsman
scheme, which is an independent authority to assist should
unforeseen events occur between the company and the customer.
Insurance regulations changed
in January 2005, and like all financial institutions we are
now monitored by the Financial Services Authority. No manger
changes have taken place that effect the customer, you will
continue to complete a Marine Insurance Proposal, however
you will be issued with two additional documents (1) A Demands
& Needs Statement which highlights you rights as a customer,
this document needs to be signed and returned to us to activate
the policy. (2) The Key Facts document will explain who the
FSA are, and your rights in respect of filing a claim should
you feel that you have been misinformed in regard to the insurance
issued.
Our
policies are fully authorised and regulated by the Financial
Services Authority.
